Sue Habel
In your 60s, its easy to think it's too late...
Sue decided it wasn't.
Sue, in her mid 60s, still working part-time and helping care for her grandkids, came in wanting to lose weight and feel better in herself. She was feeling heavier, lower on energy, and knew something had to change.
Like many, she had tried on her own before. This time, she wanted structure, guidance, and a clear plan.
Together, we designed a 12-week program built around 2 personal training sessions each week, supported by 1–2 group sessions. The focus was simple, build strength, stay consistent, and create something sustainable.
It wasn't straightforward. Sue had to manage ongoing health issues and train around limitations, including injuries that could have easily stopped her. For most people, that's where progress ends.
Sue took a different approach.
She didn't chase perfect sessions. She showed up, adjusted when needed, and trusted the process. Session by session, that consistency started to compound.
After 12 weeks, the results speak for themselves:
Dropped multiple clothing sizes
Down around 6kg, with more to come
Noticeably stronger across her training
More energy for family and everyday life
Feeling lighter, more confident, and moving better
She's not the same person who walked in 12 weeks ago.
This is exactly what we focus on with our over 60s members. Real progress, built the right way.
