As a busy midwife at the local hospital, Michelle spends her days caring for others. Like many people over 50, she often found herself putting her own health on the back burner.
When she returned to Body Blitzer, her goal was simple: improve her health, lose some weight and enjoy a better quality of life.
Working alongside Coach Julie Pram, she focused on small changes she could maintain rather than trying to be perfect.
Training 2–3 times per week
Getting up early to exercise
Making better food choices

Building healthy routines she could stick to
There was no magic program or quick fix, just small decisions, repeated consistently over time.
Today, Michelle is 20kg lighter, stronger, healthier and living proof that lasting change is possible, even when life is busy.
