
Greg Allison
A big shout out to Greg, who has been part of the Body Blitzer community for just over 18 months.
In his mid-70s, Greg first walked through our doors and joined our 6-Week Introductory Program.
Today, you'll regularly find him in our Strength classes, training 3-4 times a week.
What I admire most about Greg is that he doesn't let age define what he can do.
He's happy to train alongside people 20 or even 30 years younger than him and always gives everything a good crack.
Before joining us, Greg was an avid runner. These days he doesn't run as much, but he's found another way to stay active, strong and healthy.
Outside the gym, Greg spends a lot of his time giving back through the local Rotary group.
And that's what this is really about.
Training isn't about turning back the clock. Its about having the strength and energy to keep doing the things you enjoy and continue showing up for the people around you.
Too many people think they're too old to start.
Greg is proof that you're not.
