Georgia Keegan
16 years later... Georgia is still showing up.
Most people don’t join a gym expecting they’ll still be training 16 years later.
Georgia certainly didn’t.
She’d just moved back to Warrnambool from university when she decided to give the 56-day challenge a go. She’d never been a member of a gym before.
Sixteen years later, she’s still training 3–4 times each week.
Over the years, she’s become stronger, fitter and built a routine that’s simply become part of her life.
What has kept her coming back is the variety, having coaches who take the thinking out of training, and being part of a welcoming community where she can switch off from work and focus on herself.
Georgia also represents so much of what we value at Body Blitzer. She’s always willing to encourage others, especially new members, gives every session her best, and understands that training is about doing your best while respecting your own body and limitations.
Most people don’t realise the hardest part is simply getting started. You never know where that first step might lead.
Thank you, Georgia, for being such an important part of the Body Blitzer community over the past 16 years.
