Allan has been training with us for around three years now and is turning 80 later this year. He first started coming after losing his son, which was a huge turning point for him.
A good friend of his encouraged him to give the gym a try, and heโs never looked back since.
When Allan first started, he struggled with getting up and down off the floor, his wrists were very weak, and both of his knees had already been replaced. Like many people his age, he also dealt with constant aches and pains.
Fast forward to now and the difference is incredible.

Allan now attends our Senior Menโs Over 60s fitness classes every Monday and Friday morning, and his consistency has been the game changer.
Training has simply become part of his weekly routine and thatโs exactly why heโs seeing the benefits.
He always says, โI donโt know what Iโd be like if I didnโt do this,โ and that says it all.
