Allan has been training with us for around three years now and is turning 80 later this year. He first started coming after losing his son, which was a huge turning point for him.

A good friend of his encouraged him to give the gym a try, and heโ€™s never looked back since.

When Allan first started, he struggled with getting up and down off the floor, his wrists were very weak, and both of his knees had already been replaced. Like many people his age, he also dealt with constant aches and pains.

Fast forward to now and the difference is incredible.

Allan now attends our Senior Menโ€™s Over 60s fitness classes every Monday and Friday morning, and his consistency has been the game changer.

Training has simply become part of his weekly routine and thatโ€™s exactly why heโ€™s seeing the benefits.

He always says, โ€œI donโ€™t know what Iโ€™d be like if I didnโ€™t do this,โ€ and that says it all.

Allan, youโ€™re an absolute legend and a living proof that itโ€™s never too late to get stronger, move better and feel better.
