If you ever think being busy means you can’t prioritise your health, let Phil prove otherwise.
Since the start of the year, he’s dropped over 20kg.
Yep. Over twenty. And he’s not done yet.
Phil has been a long-time member at Body Blitzer, but earlier this year, he and his wife Julie, decided it was time for a change. They committed to a weight loss program outside the gym and set a goal to lose 20kg.
They set the goal.
They stuck to it.
And now, the results speak for themselves.
He’s held onto his muscle and kept progressing in his training.
His mindset has shifted; he’s more focused, confident and driven.
What’s even more impressive? Most people hit their goal and get complacent.
Not Phil.
He’s continued training 3–4 times a week when he’s home.
Now his focus is on staying strong, maintaining his results and building even more momentum.
This kind of transformation doesn’t happen by luck. It happens with effort, focus and a decision to stop letting obstacles be the excuse.
Phil, you’ve completely upgraded the way you live, train and think. It’s been incredible to witness.
