A few months ago, Dave came to me feeling a bit off…

His hips were stiff, his lower back had a few niggles, and things just didn’t feel as easy as they used to.

He told me he loves surfing and wanted to keep doing it for as long as possible. But he could feel his body starting to push back.

Instead of waiting for things to get worse, he made the decision to do something about it. Dave joined our 8-Week Strength Program for over 40s and committed to two strength sessions and one cardio session each week. He has stuck with it ever since.

No drama.
No shortcuts.
Just quiet consistency.

Now, just few months in, he’s moving better and feeling stronger.
