Proud Trainer Moment…
Renee reached out to me just over a month ago when she walked into the gym inquiring about our programs.
For some time, she had been dealing with a few health problems such as severe heartburn and other medical issues.
The wake-up call came to her when she traveled to Melbourne before the end of last year and noticed that after a few flights of stairs, she was feeling totally spent.
She thought, if she’s feeling that way, how is she going to be able to enjoy the basic things in life such as walking the dog and spending quality time with her kids?
After having a chat, Renee and I worked on a plan to help her improve her overall health & fitness so she could once again start feeling better and enjoy the simple things in life.
The plan included committing to a 28-Day Kickstart Program where we focused on attending 3x 30-minute sessions a week + a PT, increasing her daily water intake, and being more mindful of her eating without making unrealistic changes to her diet.
After doing her health and fitness reassessment, Renee’s hard work and consistency over the past 28 days have paid off.
She’s dropped a couple of kilograms.
She’s lost 7cm off her waistline & 5cm around the hips.
Her upper body strength has dramatically increased.
Her self-confidence has skyrocketed.
Her stamina has increased.
She feels like a different woman.
One thing that has driven Renee’s success is the fact that she has a very strong ‘why’; she has a lifelong dream holiday planned to go to South Africa in 2025 and wants to be the fittest and best version of herself when she travels there.
As one of her trainers, I couldn’t be more proud of Renee’s effort and the progress she’s made so far.
