Just over a couple of years ago, after having twins, Bek found herself in a tough spot…
Staying active felt nearly impossible, and she craved a way to not only regain her fitness but also do so in a safe, supportive environment for her little ones.
That’s when she discovered Mums and Bubs Bootcamp and it changed everything. From the moment she joined, Bek began to see real progress.
What started as a simple way to get moving soon became a journey of transformation.
Encouraged by her progress, Bek pushed herself further, trying out other classes and even committing to personal training with coach Mel.
The results? An incredible 25kg loss, along with significant improvements in core strength, fitness level, and energy levels.
When Bek first joined, she struggled with abdominal separation and couldn’t do a single sit-up. But with patience and persistence, she gradually strengthened her core.
Today, she’s doing sit-ups with ease — a testament to her hard work and determination.
Now, Bek is eager to see just how far she’s come, planning to check her measurements after her next PT session to see the full extent of her progress.
