There’s nothing stopping this man’s incredible momentum in his health and fitness.
Just under six months ago, Mick came to me wanting to take his fitness to the next level. He had some lingering injuries—mainly from a rotator cuff issue and knee pain, both from years of playing team sports growing up.
At the time, Mick was already quite active, averaging around 15 km of walking each day due to his work.
Despite his concerns about his injuries, Mick decided to give our 21 Day Kickstart Program a go—and he hasn’t looked back.
Just before the end of last year, Mick injured his back, but he refused to let that slow him down. He made sure to rest it properly, then got back to his regular group fitness sessions as soon as he could. With the support of our amazing coaching team, Mick was able to modify his program and keep progressing.
Now, almost six months later, Mick is seeing incredible results:
He’s the fittest and strongest he’s ever been
His rotator cuff issues are no longer a problem, thanks to his improved upper body strength
He’s sleeping better and getting more restful nights
He’s dropped centimeters around his body and can feel the difference in his clothes
His confidence is through the roof
Mick has thrived in a group full of people just like him—people working toward the same goal of improving their quality of life.
