I want to give this hard worker a big shoutout!
Matt has just completed an 8-week program and has been achieving massive goals in his health and fitness.
Last year, Matt changed some of his eating habits and worked hard to lose a total of 15kg.
Then Christmas hit, and he fell into a bit of a lull around that time.
At the start of the year, Matt reached out to me and signed up for our 8-week ‘Summer Challenge.’
His main motivation for getting started was that he’ll be turning 50 this year and wanted to be the fittest he could.
He also wanted some help with structure, accountability, and support so he could stay consistent.
Over the last 8 weeks, Matt has averaged 5 sessions per week, participating in group fitness classes and bootcamp sessions.
His results include the following:
Increased core strength
Increased upper body strength
Improved flexibility
Improved cardio fitness
Increased energy levels
Lost centimeters around his waist
Like many of us, Matt is busy working a full-time job that requires him to do shift work, but he says his secret is planning out his week on the weekends, booking into the sessions he can attend, and making that commitment.
Despite his phenomenal results, Matt has now set his eyes on signing up for a half-marathon event by the end of the year!
