

Linda felt stuck...
After training consistently since mid last year, her progress had slowed and the results weren't coming like they once were.
So mid last month, she made the decision to step into our 8-week challenge and reset her approach.
Since then, she's done incredibly well.
Increased her strength, to a level that has genuinely surprised her
lost centimetres and is feeling more comfortable in her clothes
built her confidence back, both physically and mentally
What stands out most is her consistency.
She's showing up early, getting her training done, improving her habits around nutrition and water, and continuing to put in the work even when it would be easy not to.
She's also leaned into the environment around her, training alongside others, supporting each other, and staying accountable.
We're really proud of the way Linda has approached this.
Her results are a reflection of what can happen when you stay consistent and follow a structured plan, especially after feeling stuck.
