Six months ago, Dan joined our ‘28-Day Kickstart Program’ with low energy, excess weight, and a desire to reclaim his health.

As someone who runs his own business and has a family to care for, he knew he needed a change.

We developed a simple yet effective plan: a calorie deficit, two gym sessions per week, daily exercise at home, gradual dietary changes, and consistent tracking.

Dan thrived by tracking his progress, just like he does with his personal finances.

Now, six months later, Dan's hard work has paid off:
