I want to give this superstar a massive shout out!
Brenda’s journey is nothing short of amazing. For the past 13 years, she’s been the rock for her husband, caring for him through health challenges, raising her kids, and managing a stressful job.
Over the past year, she’s faced the heartbreaking loss of three loved ones. Yet through it all, she kepgt going.
But then, Brenda decided it was time to do something for herself. She stepped out of her comfort zone and joined us at Body Blitzer in November.
Brenda focused on the small, simple things—committing to just 3-4 sessions a week, even if it was only 30 minutes each.
She also just completed our 8-week challenge, which helped her stay on track and gave her the structure and support she needed to feel more confident.
Now, she’s excited to continue her training and keep building on her amazing progress.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 – She loves training in a supportive, positive environment with others who lift her up.
