Michelle has been part of the Body Blitzer community for over 18 months, and her journey is a powerful example of what consistency really looks like.
With Coach Julie Pram guidance, she’s dropped 10kg in 8-weeks, increased her energy, rebuilt her strength, and become a happier, more confident version of herself.
She radiates self-belief now, you can see and can feel it when she walks into the room.
But none of that came easy.
Michelle faced injury setbacks with her shoulders and knees, instead of giving up, she made smart adjustments. She kept training, followed the rehab exercises prescribed by her physiotherapist, and stayed committed to the process.
And when her body needed rest, she listened — then came back stronger.
Every session, she brings good vibes, positive energy, and a quiet determination that lifts the whole group.
She never gave up on herself. And now, her results speak for themselves.
